Dance exercises are playfully tailored to the needs of children and combined with elements from the areas of dance improvisation and dance theater. The first basics of classical ballet are taught with lots of fun and games and practiced in a way that is suitable for children .

These lessons are suitable for young people and adults with and without prior knowledge. It includes dance technique according to specifications as well as free movement design through improvisation. According to the Tanzhologie concept, the course of the lesson spans a range from targeted practice and free dancing to deep relaxation at the end of the lesson.
